Kundalini Activation, breathwork, sauna ritual and somatic practices involve physical and energetic processes. These practices are not suitable for everyone. By booking or attending any Anima session or retreat, you confirm that:

• You do not have any condition listed as a contraindication (including active psychosis, mania, schizophrenia, epilepsy, or severe unresolved trauma without professional support).
• If you are pregnant, post-natal, post-surgical, or have any medical condition, you have obtained appropriate medical clearance.
• You participate at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your experience.
• Anima's practices are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from Anima. Anima reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are not eligible for a refund or credit, except at Anima's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Retreat bookings are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of application. Deposits for retreats are non-refundable unless Anima cancels the retreat.

Anima reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session or retreat due to illness, weather, low numbers or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, copy and brand elements — is owned by Anima or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without prior written permission from Anima.
